Fun fact: There is a hidden door that goes from the restaurant to the lounge. The lounge features a bar stocked with high-end spirits, a specially commissioned saloon-style Marilyn Monroe painting adorning one wall and a ceiling decorated to resemble Cuban window shutters.
“I worked on this project with Dee Lincoln who started the steak house chain Del Frisco’s. She was asked by Jerry Jones to build an upscale steakhouse at The Star (Dallas Cowboys training facilities complex) in Frisco. The restaurant is Dee Lincoln Prime.
Jerry Jones, her partner likes to enjoy a cigar after dinner so Dee designed a lounge area next to the restaurant for her clients to enjoy an after dinner drink and a cigar. She wanted a rich Cuban vibe so she chose a slated shutter look for the ceiling and the “graffiti” look of the Ink Well pattern by Level for her accent wall. “ said Darla Coleman, our Dallas Rep.
